 (6) The applicant must be of good conduct.
   The applicant must have no history of deportation, arrest, or criminal record. If the applicant is a foreign student, he/she must not have a history of overwork.

Application Documents for Enginee Visa

The following documents are required to apply for a visa for a foreigner of technical nationality.

(1) Application for Change of Status of Residence (Application for Certificate of Eligibility)

(2) A photograph of the applicant (foreigner)
The photograph must be taken within the last 3 months and be 4 cm (length) x 3 cm (width) in size.
(3) Applicant’s passport
